Orders and payment
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout only asks for your contact details and address. Your order confirmation email has a link to track it.
Which payment methods do you take?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, or cash on delivery for ₹60 extra.
Is it safe to pay online?
Online payments run through Razorpay over an encrypted connection. Your card and bank details go straight to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Email aavran.cs@gmail.com with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
Can I order 20 or more for a team, college fest or event?
Yes. Email aavran.cs@gmail.com with the prints and quantities and we will reply with what we can do.
Shipping and tracking
When will my order arrive?
We pack orders within 2 business days, and delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after that. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
How much is shipping?
Free across India, on every order.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We deliver to every serviceable PIN code in India.
How do I track my order?
Open the link in your order confirmation or shipping email. It shows where your parcel is.
Returns and problems
Can I return it?
Not for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email aavran.cs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we replace it or refund you. Full policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, 7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on delivery refunds go to a bank account or UPI ID you give us.
The bandanas
How big is a bandana?
Two sizes. The 50 × 50 cm bandanas are the classic size: big enough for a headband, head wrap or neckerchief. The 65 × 65 cm large bandanas are easier to knot as a neck scarf or a full head wrap. Each product page says which size it is.
What are they made of?
100% satin
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold, dry in shade
How do I tie it?

Will the print look exactly like the photos?
Close, but screens show colour differently and every piece of cloth takes print slightly differently. If what arrives is clearly not what the page shows, that counts as "not as described" and we replace it or refund you.
