Where we ship

We deliver to every serviceable PIN code in India. We do not ship outside India yet.

What it costs

Shipping is free on every order, whatever its size. Cash on delivery orders carry a fee of ₹60, which is shown at checkout before you place the order. Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) have no extra charge.

How long it takes

  • We pack and hand your order to the courier within 2 business days of the order.
  • Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after that, depending on your PIN code.
  • Business days are Monday to Saturday, not counting public holidays.

These are our usual times, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, courier delays and festival rush can stretch them. If your order is running late, write to us and we will chase the courier for you.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. The same link is in your order confirmation page.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we will contact you. We can send it again once the courier charge for the second attempt is paid; for prepaid orders you can ask for a refund instead.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel looks opened or damaged when it arrives, take a photo before opening it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns and refunds policy.
